Terms and conditions
Reservations must be made by the completion of a booking form and payment of the required deposit which is 25% of the total rental cost.
The remaining balance is payable to the owner or the owner's authorised agents no later than 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Cancellations within 8 weeks of travelling will normally result in no refund of payment.
If you make a payment by payment card you authorise the owner to process a credit card, debit card or charge card payment for the amount agreed or to receive payment from your PayPal account if you choose that method. Payments made through this website will be processed by PayPal. You do NOT have to sign up for a PayPal account to use your payment card.
Cheques must be in Pounds Sterling (British Pounds) or Euros and payable to the owner M. Todd, 10 Keats Close, London SE1 5TZ.
Cancellations within 7 days of reservation will receive a full refund of the amount paid. After that time deposits are non-returnable. Depending upon the circumstances of your cancellation, your Travel Insurers may reimburse you.
Reservations may be made by email or phone provided the booking form and deposit are received by the owners within 3 working days. No reservation is guaranteed until the booking is accepted and confirmed by the owners and the deposit payment cleared.
Except when agreed by prior arrangement a booking starts no earlier than 4 p.m. (16:00 hrs) local time on the day of arrival and ends no later than 12 noon local time on the day of departure.
The owner is not a tour operator, the holiday home featured in this website is let on a self catering basis to independent travellers. As such inclusive travel and accommodation cannot be offered.
All negotiations will be conducted in the English language. In the event of any dispute the Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction and all matters settled in accordance with English Law.
By seeking a reservation and paying a deposit you agree to take all reasonable care of the property and report any damage to the owner or the owner's representatives before the end of the rental period and to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and to pay for any additional cleaning or repair costs in the event of damage.
